At Collective Essentials, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new drops, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen method and destination. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery: 5–10+ business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

5.2 Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect or missed courier deliveries, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

5.3 Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Collective Essentials is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
If this occurs, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance in filing a claim.


6. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control.


7. Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, shipping dates will be estimated in the product description.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
